As long as my credit card holds out...

Bought a CP Hornet setup today so let the frustrations begin. Seriously though, I've seen many that built and flew no problems and yet others that have struggled for months. Wonder which I will be? Can't wait to start the project though. Going with the Razor Micro-Heli V2 and the Phoenix 10 controller, good batteries, etc. Rock and roll!

here we go......my hornet has just about every upgrade in it....seriously..speed up tail gears, all metal swashplate, hacker motor, pheonix 10, 3 cell li poly batts, anodized connecting rods, all metal tail rotor slider, some anodized peice in the head, carbon paddles, hallow main shaft, main shaft collar, auto rotate bearing, and some other stuff.....and dont even tell me it doesnt fly good!! i love the d@mn thing!

I love to fly mine. You have to have a high head speed by the way. Mine is at 2000 rpm in normal, and 2200 in idle up 1. you get the best flight times around there. it sounds like a high head speed, but if you think about physics or what ever it is, its not to fast at all. of course it will hurt if it hits you but once you get it set up right, there a blast!
