| Hi Eddi...Having the ESC on the throttle and controlling it with the idle up switch does allow me to work pitch independent from the throttle, they are 2 seperate channels. When i switch idle up on, I am still at -10 degrees pitch. Anyway, I flew this thing yesterday,( first time), using the above set-up, and now I have another problem. I did not have what I considered much head speed, I would have to guess around 1200-1300rpm, seemed slow. I had (2) 10 minute flights, just hovering around and slow, low altitude FF. On the second flight, in a hover, it just quit, got it down ok. Upon inspection, I found what looked like small, fine aluminum dust on top of the motor end plate. I have no idea where it came from, the motor feels free, don't know. Anyway, now the motor will not start, I get no blinking light, or audible sound from the ESC. There are no fried wires, none of the connections look bad, I just can't get it to do anything at all....Any ideas?.....Coop |
