ive had a multiplex permax 450 turbo lying around, and im wondering if i can use it?? it seems a little to heavy. it weighs 130 grams......wonder if the power will make up for it!

Way too heavy, I don't think you'll like it very much. Even if you run 3 cell Li IONS it will get too hot and pull too many amps.

I thought the Hornet was one of those tiny little electric powered models, so I don't think you can use an engine in it at all, you're stuck with electric motors.

actually, theres a guy who has a throttle controlled 049 engine in one.....yes it flies. it sure doesnt look all to prety though. if you want to see it, ill post a link of it.....
