e-Electric Motors & Controllers > Need help with 35HO controller...

I'm new to electrics, so please be patient....I'm unable to get the 'armed' beep from the 35HO controller.

I'm setting my Futaba transmitter stick to full low position, turning on the the motor battery and receiver via the UBEC. I get a single beep, two seconds later, three beeps, and that's all. I never get the single 'armed' beep. I have the throttle curve set to 0,20, 40, 60, 80, 80, 80 and have the controller plugged into the throttle channel of the rx.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Thanks,

Try the following:

1. Throttle channel on Futaba needs to be reversed. Check to see if that's the case.

2. Increase your ATV to 140%.

3. Check to make sure you are getting a good voltage from the battery. The 35Ho has minimum of 16 cell count, which is around 19 volts.

Hope these helps. Good luck.
