| Okay Z, I'll bite.
Not because of the title, just for the challenge and because I have a rare minute here at work. I'm sure there is a twist that I don't see, so I will only be more 'fodder' for the posting.
The odds would start at 33%, unless you get some clue from the game host and this isn't the 1950's.
The host opens one of the curtains you haven't chosen, supposedly at RANDOM, hmm, this would imply the game show host doesn't even know which door has the money behind it. If it was truely random, he could open the door with the money, this is very doubtful.
So the curtain opens and there is no money....the odds are now 50% and you get the offer to change doors. Of course the host knows which door, so you have to suspect he is giving a a chance to pick the wrong door now, so you would stay with the same choice.
If you are a "half full" kind of person, you will not second guess yourself and change doors. In reallity you keep the original choice because the game host has insured your win.
