HELLO ALL,

Mitchb is bad mouthing me about a Nexus I sold him last fall his past post will show everyone what kind of person he is.

Tells me the engine's junk the gyro's bad this is after he's had the heli for some time.

He state's in his past post that he crashed the Nexus, the engine ran fine before he took it apart and tore it up.

If you all have time please read mitchb past post and see if you think the Nexus was ok when he got it from me?

When you buy something and your not smart enough to work on it without tearing it up please don't try and blame you stupidity on the guy you bought it from! Also when you crash rc helicopter's thing's do get broke!

I still have the frame for anyone who wants to see it and also the engine with allot of wear on it, I hovered it 1 time, tore it up??? and the gyro I have also for anyone who wants to see it, so tell me does anyone think I am wrong for spending $300 on a Nexus that has a cracked frame a burnt enya 35 and a mecanical gyro that was re-wired. I never asked for my money back, after I contacted you about the frame you said you knew nothing about it, BullS@$T, so what was I going to do. I tried to hover it and had a rough landing from 8 inches up. The thing ran for 2 minutes and I tore up the engine well why don't you take that up with MRC in New Jersey they are the ones who told me it is shot and it would be $110 to repair, I can see 2 minutes of hovering doing all that damage to a engine!!!!!!! and I am sure I aged the gyro too and cut up all the wires and re-taped them as well eh David. You sold me garbage and you know it. I let the frame go knowing that you rooked me, after I found out about the engine I contacted you via email, you never recieved my email??? you only got back to me once I posted on this site looking for you after I found out about the gyro. I invite anybody to read my posts and if you guys have doubt I will send you any of the parts I have mentioned free.

wow guys.. sounds like you just need to hug and make up. Sounds like a bad deal also.. just a guess though as i do not know all the details

Sure I'm a ASSHOLE when someone say's thing's about me that are not true who is'nt?
If there was something wrong with that heli before I shipped it to you it would have never been shipped out the door. I tried to sell you a heli that you could afford at the time if I remember right I tried to sell you something else but you wanted something cheaper to start out with.
I also remember you wanting some type of flight sim I took the time to get you a copy of FMS for you , I tried my best to help you out and you want to talk bad about me. That's BS and everyone on here know's your full of it now!

Right now I wish you were a little closer to me we would settle it the old fashion way I'd whip your ASS!

If you ever do get down my way here's my address stop by and see me or just ask around someone will point you in the right way!.

You would woop my ass, ya right old man. I think you are showing your true colors. If people read the posts you think they are going to find taht I am wrong??? Read all the posts and we'll see. Come on you told me you knew nothing of the cracked frame when I got it, what does that say about you. Stop throwing threats my way. So you see nothing wrong with $300 on a Nexus with a cracked frame, bad engine and bad gyro. Again I did not ask for my money back did I, I thought we could have worked something out but you pretty much said tough luck. I will come and see you next time I am travelling if you are inviting me, Thanks, how kind. I don't think you would like to get involved with me in that sense.

Selling something cheaper is fine as long as EVERYTHING is reported to the buyer what is wrong with the machine or did you forget about that part?

Thanks gyan for standing behind me, I am not usually like this but being new to this you know as well it is expensive and all we have to do is be honest, I am not saying that Extra 3d is dis-honest but when I contact someone about something of this nature all I nead to hear is oh yah sorry about that. If I read this right its been some months since this happened. Why don't you all just go your separate ways? If MitchB doesn't feel happy with the deal then its his right to talk about it, but on the other hand nothing will ever come of this, just a lot of bitching. Maybe better to get off on the ground floor.......

I hope you boys can work this out like GROWNUPS!!! This thread is a perfect example of why we DON'T want a "bad guy's list". All this can desend into is a "he said~she said" slug match.......
