Does anyone have any tips on replacing the clutch liner on a nexus?

We recently noticed that it seemed to have serious power problems and I tore the engine out and pulled out the clutch (the factory was a little too liberal with the locktite) and found a bit under a millimeter of space betwixt the shoes and the clutch liner. And clutch liner dust was all over the place caked in every possible nook and hole.

Should fly better with new liner

Did you see the pic of the Hawk I posted? Teehee. Enjoy the rebuild. Isn't it interesting to note that between the two of us, we have four helicopters, none of which fly... The only solution? Buy another We'll get that clutch back togethor and tear it up thursday.
