I was flying the Quick today and man, it flys great! I am having a problem with keeping the Zimmerman muffler on.

There is virtually no space between the frame and the muffler flange. I would love to squeeze a nut in there to tighten down along with the screw, but I don't know if I can find something thin enough that will work.

What have you guys done with the 30 to keep the muffler on?

Mine fell of aswell at first. I had a problem with microvibrations due to a misaligned clutch and clutch bell. After fixing the alignment and adding Loctite (strong) on the threads the problem is gone.

One more thing. I also added the Quick UK Zimmerman Exhaust Clamp - QUK035. It holds the muffler in a tight grip and also reduces the sound. Quick UK You will find it under "Latest New Parts".
