Quickie 15 Electric Upgrade Report

Well, we took a look at the Quick 15 and my good buddy Bill is going to make a motor mount for me.

He'll have to drill out the pinion, but then I will be set to finish the heli.

Here's what I have to fly it.

Quick 15
Hacker B50-18S motor
Phoenix 45 ESC
10 x 2400 cells (test cells, then I will move to Lipos)
MS 470mm CF blades, (I also have some wooden Logo blades to start with)

I am stripping out the clutch, bell, starter shaft, fan shroud and tank. I will probably lighten wherever I can. I am thinking of looking for a lighter swash assembly if I can find one that fits.

Goobered up the gear. I am wondering where is the best place to buy some pinion gears for this heli to experiment with?
