| No - There are no filters that will bolt on without modification. The breather filters are set up to be clamped to the stem of a valve cover, so there is a rubber flange that needs to be removed before it will work on a heli.
As far as attaching to the carb, here's what I did with mine:
The adapter plate is made from a 1 1/2" black ABS pipe cap, cut down with the ID ground to fit the OD of the filter. (The inside would be much cleaner if I had a lathe!)
This is a shot of the modified filter. The center rubber has been removed. The two cutouts across from each other are clearance for the carb screws.
This is the finished product. A little cheezy, but it works! I still need to drill a couple holes in the outer edge of the mount plate for screws that will hold the filter in.
This only works with carbs that have a built in choke. If you want to do this on the 167A, you'll probably need to buy a pre-made adapter plate that has a choke built in.
