| When I was hovering my 50's heli yesterday, the engine died out suddenly. Luckly the heli was not high enough to crash and I l landed off safely ( Maybe this is my first auto).
I don't know what is the problem with the heli. There was enough fuel and no bubble in the fuel. The engine died out when I was increasing my throttle stick, but it just died out very suddenly. I have no experience with this before. So what is the problem?
My engine plug is OS No.8 and it is about 2 months old. My engine is about 6 months old. Can it be the engine was too dirty and some residual damage the plug and cause it died?
Also, after how many gal do I need to clean up my engine? How many flight do I need to change my plug? I the plug died during flying, will the engine died out?
Thanks for any advise |
