Isnt it a federal offence to attempt to mail explosive fuel through the post office? Of did he declare it not hazardous or potentially dangerous? Perhaps he lied and tried to ship it and the PO caught it at the terminal and it was reported to homeland security and it is held in storage until investigation is complete.

Losing the money order, is a unusual issue. The PO should be able to find the Money order number on the day it was purchased using the amount and location from which it was purchased.

The purchaser has completed his part of the transaction but the seller has not used due diligence completing his. A reasonable amount of time elapse for the delivery of the product.

And if newflyer2008 claims are true. He will be refunded the amount of the MO and the fuel may be return to him. In any case the seller is reposnsible for refunding the buyers money if the buyer did not receive the product.

So are we saying his name is Al???? and if yoy are going to CA that is where the guy you owe money lives. so why dont you stop by and pay him what you owe him. No you have to pay him back. even if it cost you $1000 to do so it is your responcability as the seller. you messed up not the buyer. he us due a full refund. No matter what. You brought the usps into this now and that is a felony. So now we have you with theft and a fraud. you will end up paying a lot more than if you would just refund his money.

Now you calling names we now know you are lieing as you are getting offensive. You know you are not going to LA that is just so you can buy more time. that is all. It looks like you were doing so well and now you screw a guy for $130, how pitty.

You need to due what is right and be a man and give him his money back. We will find out who you are for sure and some one will be more than happy to stop by to pick up the cash so we dont have any more problems.

Due to the fact that Newflyer2008 aka Al Moore aka Raptor90sebling threatened to disclose my information, I had to report his threat to my employer. Long story short, I was told by the employer to shut this thread down and to leave RR. I don't post much here and used RR solely to purchase goods since deals can be found here on RR.

Newflyer2008, you've won this pissing contest. However, you've just started a war within me outside of RR. Spend my $130 wisely, for now, and keep an eye out for me for the rest of your pathetic life.
