Wow Im out of town alot and this is what I come home too! Mr CJAMES who did i rip off please do tell i have not ripped off anyone. First off i put the ad up for local pu only and i kept getting pm for people asking me to ship it. So i did and when i went to the ups they wanted to charge me a hazmat charge so i i took it to usps and put in a differnt box to ship it parcel mail. Well the guy stated he never received it so my wife sent a mo refund reg mail. Well he stated that he never got it either! SO i told him it takes 60 days for usps to refund the MO. So i thought i would send a check unitl i thought about it and im already out over 300.00 dollars. So when i receive my refund i will send his!

Here is yours complete statement regarding the refund on September 26th: "Well im going to cancel the MO and refund my money. Its going to take 60 days to refund my money. Heres what im willing to do . I will write you check for the amount and send it with a requried signiture. Im not going to send another mo and have to wait again for my as im already out almost 300 on this deal! I will be back home on wed and will send it out. IF this sounds fair to you let me."

Am I missing something here? So, write me a check and have it mail to me with delivery confirmation and/or signature requirement for acceptance.

You cannot submit proof that the fuel was shipped or that it was received by me. You cannot submit proof that the original MO was mailed or that it was received by me. You then promised to give me a refund check on September 26th by mailing it to me on Wednesday October 1st. You failed to do so. During the attempts to resolve this matter in private I requested from you on numerous occassions to submit proof of shipping by you or accpetance by me of the fuel and/or of the refund but you failed to provide such proof.

I told you that I will take this matter public after September 30th and I waited more than a week after September 30th in the hope of receiving the refund before going to the open forum so that I dont't have to create this thread/post/topic. I further kept my promise to you that I'll not disclose your name and address even after receiving numerous requests to do so.

I've been fair with you from day one and am not going to shut down this thread or wait 60 days for my refund. Please mail my refund today.

How are you out money? unless the refund is never coming? So there is no refund and you dont want to be out the money right?

Your a better man me because I would not only expose this fraud but I may pay him a visit. It's not about the money. It's about honor. No one and I mean no one ( with exception of the IRS) will take anything from me and I just sit back and take it. This guy has been BSing you from day one. Now I don't know about you but I don't send anything usps without delivery confirmation.

I definitely wouldn't send an MO without it, and BTW with every USPS MO there is a receipt portion with a serial number. Now this could have been scanned for proof of purchase.

I do have proof where i shipped and paid for the MO so where are you coming up with that BS! THis will be my last response until i get my refund from usps! To the one that question how am i out of money well lets see i shipped the product and sent a refund on top of that and have not received a refund because it takes 60 days!

Take a photo of the receit for the purchase of the MO and the receit that you pay for shipping of the MO and then PM it to me. Please made sure the date of purchase of the MO and the date of mailing of the MO are legible.

Once I received the PM and evidence/proof to my satisfaction, I'll tell you whether am willing to wait another 50 days (10 days passed already since you told me you canceled the MO)or keep on demanding immediate refund.

Some advice: If its a new guy im dealing with,I get a Bank M.O. not a Postal M.O.If 3 weeks pass after sending out the Bank M.O. and I have not received my merchandise,I go back to my bank and get the M.O. cancelled.It takes 3 days for the Bank to trace it,who cashed it and where it was cashed!The money gets refunded to my account and whoever cashed the cheque is on the hook for the dough!
It gives the purchaser a little leverage in situations like the one described above!!

I would say he is lieing as he said he did not get the refund yet but he dose have the nitro as he has said nothing about receiving that back. so he has it. he is full of $hit and we all know it. he says he has proof of shiiping and proof of mo . If he really did he would already have sent it to him to prove he had shipped it.

He is full of crap and is a low life. come on man what is worth $130?? I guess you could get enough crack to last u a day. get real and be a man and fix what you did. you are full of it and every one on here knows it. what about these other guys he ripped off???
