try doubling the line up on where the fitting are. i use the big fuel line over the smaller line so it has basically a clamp on it trick i learned from rcheli mag but it works like a charm

+1 on the fuel line doubler. I use a skinny pair of needle nose to stretch a 1/8" of fuel tubing then slide in the tubing. NEVER comes undone. I didn't do that on the carb side of my Raptor this summer when I was in a hurry to get to the field. Ended up in a silent inverted hover 25' up when the fuel line popped off the carb! Barely made the auto and it still bounced about a foot.

...yep...

clean the fitting and Inside of the tubing with alchahol,
then use the fuel tubing doubler for a secure fit

Clean the fitting and change the line it's been widened and will not sit snug on the fitting anymore, I also add a tie wrap to help hold it in place.

Cut about 1/2" of tubing off and stick it back on.

Damn that ground is hard!

Tie a zip tie around it and it won't come off.

also, how old is the tubing? after a while, it will get hard and brittle. it can easily crack and pop off. try cutting off a little bit of the tubing to get a new fit, or replace it completely.

I would guess your fuel line is worn out, replace the fuel line and it shouldn't fall off. For some added insurance, do the double fuel line thing

It's not that the zip tie is small you just tighten it.

i use the fuel line clips it was like 2 bucks for a pack of 4 and they work great...zip ties work good too but you gotta cut em off when you need to take the fuel line off which could be a pain if you have a regulated system...and they look clean!
