It really doesn't matter which one of those BEC you get, as long as they uses the switch regulator, which most of them do as linear regulator would over heat quickly on anything over 3S.

When I am really trying to save money, I been know to crack open a few of my Motorola car charger stock pile and convert them to a BEC.

ok well i just soldered the maxamp bec onto my new 75amp esc and i bench tested everything and it worked fine so once the rain clears im gonna get some flights in and see how it does... it looks nicely build and it had a orange light on it which im guessing it might be a lipo monitor since my batteries were kinda low it makes since but i wont know for sure until i charge them up.... anyway if it works out then its a great buy and i like the fact that i can switch from 6v to 5v with a little switch on the side

One thing with the speed controllers is the amp rating is continuous amps and that motor rating is max amps. You will need to check it in the air with your setup. The amps will depend on headspeed and max pitch you are pulling also.
On a 450 with a 6 on 12 and the Align 35 and Castle 45 I have pulled max amps of 68! With many spikes over 50 trying to push the limits and dial in the setup.
Also takes good batteries to deliver that consistently.
