Aerial Photography and Video > Underslug mount wobbles--any suggestion??

Guys,

I have been using my homemade 360 mount that initially for pano, now I want to make it also do video. There's no vibe, but I get wobbles. I have a 12.7lb RTF, same weight as my front mount setup, which worked beautifully. I am suspecting that the weight of the heli is too heavy and head speed is that enough that cause the wobble. Usually the wobble are less in the beginning of the pack, but toward the end of the pack, it wobbles much more. Also it wobbles much more in forward flight than hovering. I speeded the head speed, which seem to reduce some wobble. I also tried tightened the buggies, which also helped.

Is there other ways that I can further improve on it?

I just realize, it can also be the helicommand, right? It wasn't shaking like that before I installed helicommand. I will test fly it tomorrow without helicommand.

post a picture of it, close up of the gimbal too. It sometimes helps to "see" what your talking about.
