Radio - Servo - Gyro - Gov - Batt > Multigov Pro Mixture Control Help

Hi guys,

I have Multigov Pro with mixture control set up on my 600NSP and I just installed the same on my Vibe50. The problem is that the servo seems to be reversed on the Vibe. When I try to set it up in the Multigov Mixture menu, when I try to "Set Rich" or "Set Lean" it moves the opposite direction of my 600NSP. So, to set rich, I have to bring the throttle to the lowest position, and the opposite for lean.

I did try to fly the heli, and I think it is leaning the engine out as it get warmer, which is the opposit of what its supposed to do. I did check the servo and the mounts, everything is the same as my 600NSP.

Can anyone give me any tips as to how to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance,
G

When you do "SET LEAN, RICH", your throttle stick is temporarily used to program the points. Just set it correctly based on the servo position regardless of whether or not you have to move your throttle up or down. Do not change the direction of the throttle channel because this is just a temporary convenience function.

If you need more movement on the mixture servo, temporarily increase your throttle ATV but make sure you set it back to what you had it originally.

Thank Bob,

I just got back from the field and everything works great on the mixture control.

Now, the only problem I have on the Vibe is when Im about to land, I put it in hover mode, then when I land, the heli keeps its headspeed even though I bring the throttle stick down to 30-40% then all of a sudden it drops RPM as if the engine just died... I do have my governor setup on the Gear channel of my DX7, so I only have 2 speeds. 1850 and 1950, and when I'm about to land, I put it on speed 1.

How can I make this a little smoother?

THanks,
G

You can try increasing the "Startup Speed" value.
