Has anyone tried these in their helicopters? Where can you even buy them? They seem to be alot better than Nimh's, more capacity, alot lighter.

try www.batteriesamerica.com . I know that in my area a lot of the pattern guys swear by them... Keep this in mind though, according to the pattern guys you can not fast charge them.

the new li-i batteries that are on the market are the greatest thing to come along since butter for sliced bread, but 99.9% of our helis need nose weight to balance properly, so why spend the money on these batteries(for helis) plus a special non-rapid charger then have to add lead. just stay with a good brand ni-cad for the weight and put the extra money in fuel... $0.02
