Anyone have one? Like it hate it?

It is a bit early for me to be getting a second heli, but it doesn't hurt to look right?

It looks solid with aluminum fiberglass, and carbon parts. Add a dx6 for 250 and 300 for heli, and it might have been a better deal then the belt cp i bought. Especially if it is more durable.

One question, I can not find any pics of servos installed, does any one know if they are hooked more directly to the swashplate?

The belt cp has too many plastic links for me. Being OCD I hate all the looseness all the extra arms and bellcranks give, when it seems that the servos could have been relocated closer to the swashplat eliminating half the mess.

I will probably start with a better radio and gyro, so I have those when i can afford more heli.

Belt-CP RTF 8 blades, 4 servo gears, 1 head, flight time - 5 mins

here's some pics of my Flasher 450, i bought it as a kit, and used 3 Turborix HD-1810 digital metal gear servo's on the cyclic, a scorpion HK-2221-8, Turnigy 40A esc, Turnigy external UBEC, Logictech 2100T/3100 combo for gyro/servo, and Spektrum AR 6100.

its an awesome 'Rex v2 clone, all parts are interchangable, the head and tail are very good quality as well for a clone. the frame is very light, and strong. so far its a stellar flyer in my fleet....

i bought it through SN Hobbies here in Canada, and paid 169.00 for the kit.

and another, side shot.....

and if your considering a new radio, don't go with the Dx6.... get the Dx6i, or Dx7. the Dx6 has a 3 point curve for pitch and throttle, while the 6i, and 7 have a 5 point curve. i use the Dx6i, and so far its all the radio i need. but the seven channels of the Dx7 would be nice, especially for things like nav lights, or retracts for a scale bird ;-)

but all in all i love the Dx6i, when i changed over from 72 mghz, i could immediately "feel" a sence of better control, i was using the stock 72 mghz TX's from my Falcon3d, and Shark 450 at the time, and while i was only learning to hover at the time, the feel of control went up immensely when i switched over. plus its real nice to be able to use the same TX for all your models, right now i run 5 through the 6i.

hope this helps.
