Dude, Buy a 3S lipo and change the plug, you won't be charging it for like a month or more. All modern JR radios have built in regulators and can use a 3S lipo. Just get a cheap one. like a Prodigy or some low C rating..

Tech Tip of the month: Check all your bearings before you pack it up for winter. Oil = no rust!
