I have a question. I am building a T-Rex 700 and I found that there is a play between the main gear and the Autorotation gear (Two white gears).
Is it normal?
I do not have a play in the main shaft and I installed the shim for this step and every thing is fine there.

I too have some vertical play in the main gear. I took it apart yesterday to dye the gears and gave it a good once over. It appears there's nothing you can do about it. Maybe the right sized washer/shim between the tail drive gear and the base of the one way may fix it but I have yet to look for something that will work.

Thanks Jesse. I was wondering if I missed a shim or something when I put it together. There are some Miniature Air shims that will work for it. I think it needs to be place in the One-way bearing shaft. Or we need to buy the one way bearing shaft again..

Can you point me in the direction of the MA shims you're talking about. I put the calipers on it yesterday and it seems we'd need about a 1.5mm shim but I didn't check the OD of the one way shaft.
