Thanks for the encoragement.

The last time i posted something to the USA by Royal Mail it cost me around £6 ish but i wasn't very happy with the service - they only tracked to being received into the states. I've been looking on the UPS website but I'm struggling to make any sense of there website ! I'll keep looking

I'm not sure what would happen with import tax ?

I finally have a prototype for the 600, I’ve tried this out on a zagi in parallel with a 450 version seems to work perfectly (I fiddled the battery size to do this !). Hopefully I can find someone at my local club over the weekend with a 600E to try it out

The monitor has the following spec

- Selectable battery size from 4000mAh to 8000mAh
- Current range of 0 to 120 amps

The current transducer & battery summing algorithm can log upto 150 amps but I have limited this down to 120 amps for the peak & average current monitor to give reasonable resolution on the led indicators.

I have also changed the battery size range for the 500 version, you can now select any battery size from 500mAh to 4500mAh.

Cheers

The sensor is a little more expensive for the 600 version, so £45 compared to £40

I'd like to get 10+ flights out of this version before i'm happy to start selling them but all being well i should get this on the way at the weekend, shame i don't have my own 600E but i already own a 600N and can't justify owning a 600E aswell !

If anyone from Nuneaton Model Heli Club is on here and wouldn't mind me trying this out on their 600E please drop me a PM, you can keep the prototype as payment for trying it out

Cheers

I'm struggling to find anyone at my local club who owns a 600E, I went down the field on Sunday again after the weather cleared up and i was the only one there!

Is there anyone who lives near Tamworth in the UK who would mind trying this out on their 600E ? I'm interested in the accuracy of the monitor during tricks, so your charger will need to show the charge put back into the battery in mAh

Once again you can keep the battery monitor as payment for trying it out

Cheers

I’ve had a couple of people offer to give this a try from the states but I can see this being a bit awkward if something isn’t working properly with posting back and forth, not that there should be any problems but you never know !

If nobody local’ish turns up I’ll take one of you up on your offer

I’d also like to check all the cable lengths for positioning the sensor and monitor on the 600 but I suppose I should be able to do this on my 600N with some judgement !

Cheers
