I have a 600N with white main gears (which are 600e's right). I took a spill last weekend and the main shaft was VERY difficult to get out and now that I am repaired it is almost impossible to get in without a hammer. This is the first N that I have owned and the first time I am working with it (bought it assembled). My 600E slid right in and out. I have checked the shaft and it seems good and even used a new shaft but still no luck. Could the sleve insid the gear that the shaft slides into have been bent?

Did he crash? Dang I missed it!

Never mind

Found the problem. The bearing in the gear was damaged. Doesnt really explain why the Main shaft would not slide but must be imperceptible damage.

Sometimes you just need to loosen a frame side and get it lined up right especially since you didn't do the initial build...

My friend crashed his 600N last weekend and bent his G-Force bearing block. If you have the plastic kind I have seen the hexagonal bolts get tweaked a lot of times. If it isn't that then your main bearings could be hosed usually are actually.
