Ok I have a 450 with a futaba 6ex 2.4 . When I am in idle up and I hit the throttle hold I nolonger have neg colletive. Is it suppose to be that way or do i have some thing set up wrong?

More than likely your pitch curve is not set. Also set your throttle curve for a little above idle to keep the motor and speed controller running in idle up.

Throttle hold has it's own pitch curve. If you set it the same as your idle 1 (linear) it will be the same when you flip to TH.

do you know how to get into the throttle hold pitch curve for the 6ex. I dont remember seeing it when I read the manual the first time.
