Guys i have seen all your posts on the rex and the mini and i keep telling myself that i got to have one. If i didn't enjoy the building aspect of this hobby maybe the cravings wouldn't be so bad to get another.
Tuesday night i couldn't take it anymore and I pulled the trigger and got a furion. There are so many to choose from and i want them all but i'll just get one more.
Reallllllllly want a stratus after seeing one at a hobby store when i first got the King but i'll keep dreaming.
Didn't want the King to get jealous so i bought him some goodies too.
I think this heli thing is getting out of hand

Hey Kevin,

I didn't know anything about a Furion, just looked up their web site and that is one cool looking heli.

Nice to have a non rex/mini clone.
Is there much in common with the Bandit?

I believe they changed the name from MA Bandit to X-Cell Furion.
They also have a new 50 nitro coming out soon.

MA makes some damn nice stuff but they are expensive. My friend JunkPilot (those might remember him calling me out on the "Rude Nitro Pilot" posts) has a garage full of MA stuff. Here is a photo of his absolutely gorgeous X-Cell .91 something 'er other.

The thing is a marvel of engineering and pretty to boot

Congrats! I've been drooling over Bandit/Fury450/Furion since Christmas. That's a nice helicopter for sure. But parts are expensive. $270 for new head.

Worth it? Yes. But I'm not good enough to appreciate it and would be too afraid to fly it.
