Did you go with Harman? I am thinking about having there XXV model installed in my livingroom. Also how much are you going to have to pay for pellets? Around here they are about 250 a ton.

I always liked fireplaces but living in florida

I have custom built just a few "fake" ones for some clients and it came down to matching the existing design of the room along with furniture.

The stove is an Empress insert by Enviro. Got a great deal on it, less than half price new.
Pellets are $220 a ton from local chain hardware store, and $265 for the good pellets at a not so local somewhat chain ranch type supply place.
Hopefully it will turn out like i have it in my head. Just done know what i want, brick or what for the outer part.
