| Check your main gear and pinion gear mesh. Make sure it is not too tight, also check your belt tension. If it is too tight it will cause alot of drag which creates more stress on the motor, esc, and battery. The belt should be able to push in about half way or a little over with light pressure. What are you Pitch curves? Stock? Also when you are saying "idle up" do you mean just pushing up on the stick or actually flicking the switch to put the heli in idle up (stunt mode)? Because the throttle curves should be different in idle up than the norm. You posted the norm throttle curve and the idle up throttle curve should be I believe 100% 92.5% 85% 92.5% 100% Also check your pitch on the main blades too much pitch and not enough head speed will cause issues.
Hope this helps and good luck! |
