I just had to tell someone that I got my first real flight done today I bought a blade 400 and a blade cx2 about a month ago. the day I got them I tried to fly them both. guess what. I crashed them both I fixed the outer shaft in the cx2 first and have been flying it for the past few weeks. I repaired the 400 and left it alone on the shelf till I did a lot of reading on this site and following links to more help. well I learned how to change the settings on the radio and how to change a main shaft, a feathering shaft,a flybar and replace the gears in a servo on the 400. well I took it out today and spent the first battery just adjusting and getting my settings dialed in. I changed batteries and hovered it for most of the time. while most of you would not consider this to be a real flight. I'm tickled pink about it. you guys are the only help I have had and I just wanted to Thank You all

Congradulations. Welcome to the club..

And, yes. We do consider that a real flight. Remember one thing.... We were all there, at one point, in our flying.

Keep up the good efforts. It only gets better

You think your kids are expensive now?

Just wait until they move out!!
