One thing with the T500 also is that there are build videos available at no charge.

It was a little scary when I saw the box. Shoe box size and LOTS of parts. LOTS.

I went with the rex 600 just for the size alone. It was a great decision to go that big for me as it will fit in the larger scale bodies and allows me to fly in big winds as a pod and boom right now... bigger is really better and the battery prices are getting lower for the bigger e helis.....

Tom..... No "D" flying....

Slider's your point is true. I'd like to have a 600E.

However, for me, having the option to use my existing batteries was a must. Also, my charger "rig" wasn't up for a 600E.

I think one could power a house with your 50 amp system.

The mini is sold. I have not pulled the trigger on a 500 yet. Frankly I am not sure what to do. I definitely don't have enough money to get a 500 and get it into the air right away, so I will continue to ponder my next move.

TJ

I've done that where I bought the heli, not having the money to finish it.

I kind of enjoyed having a project going, stopping and waiting for stuff.

I have a problem with slow projects ... I have never had one. Either is gets done quickly, no matter the cost, or it gets put on a shelf. I wish I had more patience some times.
