hi ,i have an upgraded quick uk washout assembly fitted to a raptor 50, on the assembly there are two holes, one is for beginners to 3d flying and the outer hole for extreme 3d flying ,mine works fine in the inner hole ,but the outer hole is the problem ,when elevator is used the bottom of flybar control rod loops are catching, and will cause problems with the servo ,has anybody else had this problem with the quick uk assembly many thanx.

If you have a ball with a stud on it, It needs to be shorter To clear the washout linkage.

I know Quick UK is going to send you shorter balls. But could you post a photo of it?
Thanks

You don't have a problem! My hoop will touch there also when you have the swashplate all the way up. as soon as you give it some input it clears. Have you tested it with the servos?

its in the inner hole now works fine ,but if its in the outer hole it catches ,it will bind on elevator servo and especialy when full neg collective is put in ,i did contact quick uk they suggested to much travel ,but i only have 7 degrees on cyclic ,10 degrees on collective ,so i have received a set of 4mm ball links to clear the bottom of the loop ,the original were 8 mm i will give them a try ,thanx.
