| I have two large machines (one .50 and one .90) which I have been flying for quite a while with a JR10X or DX7, Curtis Youngblood ATG2, AR9000 (gray, transluscent case) or DS921 (red, translucent case), and Futaba 9254 servo (throttle).
I have been converting these machines over to the new 12X and have experienced strange anomolous behavior from two of the machines. The throttle servo starts to move normally, then start pulsing back and forth, sometimes running past its normal limit of travel.
All of the other servos behave normally.
One of the machines having this problem has a translucent red JR 921, the other has a translucent gray AR9000. Niether of them have the "quick connect" firmware update.
A similar set up in a different helicopter with a newer, black DS921 does not have the problem.
The problem does not appear if an analogue servo is substituted.
The problem does not appear when the servo is plugged into an AR7000, used with the 12X and binded as the same model.
I neglected to test to see if the problem occurred if the servo was connected directly to the RX, but will in a few days.
I will also test on another of the new, black DS 921's I have, and with the 1221 that came with the 12X.
