hi everyone, just got my bcpp running in separations witha hdx 3800kv with 8t pinion, dynam 18a esc, telebee micro gyro, gws dd tail rotor system, and a 2A esc for the tail too.

well, the gear mesh is good, the servos arent glitching, the motor is in hard timing, and it keeps bobboing up and down. this is the first time i have experience with a dx6i. I dont know if i have one of the settings wrong or maybe the tail motor is drawing too much juice at a time. hope i can get this problem fixed.

thanks in advance.

Is the motor cutting out on you?

A couple of things to double check:
  • pitch settings (your pitch may be too high)
  • everything straight and blades are tracking well (no wobble/vibrations)
  • only 1 BEC circuit going to the reciever (normally I disable the tail ESC center wire)
Try changing the motor timing to normal.

Let us know how you make out...

i had it runnin in normal timing and it was actually worse than in hard. the blades track fine and everything seems okay. i flew it again on a newly charged battery and boy it ran out fast!
maybe ill forget about the bcpp and focus on my belt cp and hbk2.

At least i dont have to worry about the tail motor and esc burning or malfuntioning.

thanks again
