I used castle link S/W to setup basic ESC settings (Using Futaba 9chp) . Here is the problem

Spool ups and sppo down are sort of very slow I mean they should be instant lke my HV110 on Benzin . I could not find anything different in setup between 2 ESCs . Throttle curve is linear as well .

Please help

You need the cable to program the ESC. Then you can adjust the spoolup either at set percentages or custom. I am using '7' on a scale of 1 - 10 for mine. Just a little slower than I'd like but too lazy to hook the programming cord back up. If you don't have the programming kit, I'm sure someone will have one ready to use at IRCHA next week. I will have mine plus the laptop.
