| I'm new to electric helis so if this is a stupid bunch of questions, forgive me.
I burned up my speed control on my T-Rex 450SA. It has a 420LF motor and I am wondering how many amp speed control do I need. Does it need to be a special heli speed control or would a 40 amp e-flight speed control work (which I already have on an airplane)? Also, what is a good brand and a good web site to find the proper speed control? How do you figure amps from KV?
