| Mode 2 is the common one in the USA.
Throttle (collective) and Yaw (rudder) on the Left stick and Pitch (forward and aft) and Roll (Bank) on the Right stick.
Mode 1 is Yaw and Pitch on left and Throt and Roll on the right. Or something like that 
Yes, it's got to be like driving on the left for us yanks.
