| What I have done with my YS is as follows.
Tank 1 Stock recommendations + 3 clicks rich, ran it in on the grass with the rotor spinning enough so that the engine won't load up and stall out. I figure about between 500 and 1000 rpm.
Tank 2 Lean 1 to 2 clicks, then bring the RPMs up some more, to Just about before a Hover.
Tank 3 Lean it out a bit more so it won't die out in a hover, and bring it up into a hover.
Tank 4 same as 3
Tank 5 same as 3
Tank 6 start to dial in the engine a little at a time. maybe just 1 or 2 clicks at a time towards Lean.
Keep doing the above and get someone to help you check the engine temp so you can get an accurate reading. By the time you do get the engine dialed in right, you will probably be on tank 8 to 10 and she'll be nice and broken in for you and about 1 gallon through it. Just lots of smoke and time and it will break in fine.
