Boy do I love Karma. While my son was shooting some squirrels in the neighborhood, guess what he found!?! A freaking helicopter! It is a mini one and it looks expensive. My kid said he found it in some thick bush in our neighbors yard. It looks like it still works but the rotor blades are broken. How do I fly this thing? I think I have identified a battery as one of the electrical components. I have no way of charging it and also do I need a certain type of transmitter to fly this? I am willing to spend $50 to get this thing in the air. Do you think it will cost more than that? If it costs more than that I can probably get about $100 for it at the local Franklinton pawn shop.

Any ideas?

Something fishy...

One heli lost in Franklinton.

One heli found in Franklinton.

Maybe I missed something somewhere down the line but sounds like they need to get together.

First you said your son found it in your neighbor's yard, and now you're saying it was 50 yards off your neighbor's property. Which is it? Sounds fishy. It's obviously the same heli that's mentioned in this thread:

They guy who lost it has been looking for it for days.

Karma... Sounds like it would be good karma to return it to who lost it im sure he would be more than happy to get it back and perhaps help you find your own and learn to fly. 50$ to get it back in the air good luck it wont happen this aint a cheap hobby. This is who you should get in touch with to get it back to him...cplearner.

Yantra and Mantra equals Tantra!

As an old soul who's still trying to get it right, this is not what Karma is about! Do the right thing and return the helicopter to the gentleman in the other thread. This is the true path to Enlightenment and Nirvana.

In more worldly matters it would increase you ad your child's material karma many fold. Who knows, you may win the big lottery someday and you be able to buy a real helicopter for you son...

More likely, maybe the other gentleman, impressed with your honesty and righteous kindness, will generously help your son get some stick time on a beginner's helicopter. I'm sure he has the means to provide a beginner-friendly coaxial, which most of us most nobly and smartly start out flying with to learn the skill to fly more advanced rotor craft.

Come on, did you guys really believe that I found a heli? What are the odds of me:
1) Finding a heli that I wasn't looking for.
2) Posting it on this message board out of all the other heli message boards.
3) Include in my message the town that I live in, which just happens to be the same town that a previous poster has lost his heli in.

I read cplearner's story and felt for the guy so I decided to make light of the situation. This thread was for everyone that read my thread and cplearner's and decided not to post because they obviously new it was a joke.
