Hallo,

I don't know which CC ESC I should buy for my new Logo 400 project?
On 5S I need a seperate BEC any way, right?
Which one has the better governor or are they the same?

Has anyone compared the governor from the JAZZ 80-6-18 to the CC85HV or CC80?

Thanks
Martin

The castle governor has always been a hit or miss. I own a hv85 with 10s and have had excellent success with it personally but most people don't. Haven't heard anything bad about the jazz governors or there reliability.

Same here...have not heard anything bad about Jazz ESC but the turn around service is quite a stretch...overseas.

Now that said, I own three CC ESC's, and love the programming behind it.

Pros...american made and fast turn around service.
Cons...some hate ther programming vs jazz plug and play.

The Jazz is probably the best ESC, but more $$ than the CC85HV which is a great controller as well. Also like has been said before, Castle is in the USA and their service is good.

...schould I go with the CC80 or the 80HV when using 5S setup?
On 5S with 4 digital servos I need a BEC with both controllers, right?
Is the Castle 10A BEC a good choice?

Jazz 80-6-18, would be the best fit and more then adequate, the built in BEC will also be good enough for the gear you wish to use in it.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
