last night on side 1 only i am now getting output circuit error....only on side 1
any thoughts?
how do i get this serviced quickly?

Return it to the seller and get a replacement.
It's damaged. What firmware did it have? 1.6 is now out that protects the charger from the problem yours has.

You need a "Ti-Prog" USB cabel that is also used to program the ESC's. And a servo extension lead that you have to swop the pins on. The software and the .hex file (the firmware update) are on the website.
