1) Pre-read a few pages ahead to be sure of what you're doing.
2) Actually read the manual (many do not).
3) Clean every screw and screw hole inside threads with alcohol and a paper towel before assembly. You will be amazed of all the brown debris that is removed. This will better insure good contact with metal-to-metal parts with locktite.
4) On the full metal head, I purposely use red locktite on all of linkage balls. Same with the tail shaft set screw. Anywhere else use blue locktite.
5) Use a little thick CA or black CA on any metal-to-plastic parts.

Just covering some biggies. I've never had a part failure in flight that cause a crash (yet). Good luck and have fun!

I just got through building my first 600nPRO and love it. If.... (probably when) I build another i would place several zip ties loosely along the wire routings points prior to placing the sides together. That way, once you place your electronics all you have to do is thread the Rx end through the zip ties to there destination and cinch tight. I had a heck of a time trying get the zip ties back out from inside the frames. Not much room for my fingers or even hemostats. The Trex has many pre-drilled option points for doing this. Not a big thing but just an after thought that would have saved a little aggrevation. and if you dont use the zip ties, cut and deep six 'em

Have fun with the biuld.

Before you assembly the frames together open the servo mounting holes for the 8717's, you will have to file about 1mm on the top and bottom.

When I build my next 600 I'm also going to install the servos before assembling the frames together which will also make routing the wiring easier.
