Are the stock blade grips any good? I have heard that they are not good, has there been any problems with them, or is alot of people just changeing to metal blade grips for the bling?

two or three people manadged to rip the stock ones apart but I think they are fine.

I seen some that where cracked, not sure if someone over tighten the bolts, or they just cracked. So thats the main reason I ask, wasn't sure if I needed the metal blades grips. All the other heli's I have flown, 5-raptors before with stock blade grips never had a problem, this is my first trex.

They ones I recall that were broken were either crash damaged or they had replaced broken ones with OLD stock Electric versions. The STOCK nitro grips are fine up to 2050rpm.

i just purchased metal grips, I had to get some other stuff today, they just got the metal grips in so I purchased a set.
