Thunder Tiger Raptors 30-90 - Imperio > RAPTOR 50 Installing Raptor 50 clutch

Just got finish installing a clutch for my Raptor 50 Titan. It seemed like the two screws would not tighten down the clutch. After installation I can hold the fan and pull the clutch up and down about 2mm. I titghten the bolts a little more at a time and Im still able to pull the clutch a couple of mm up and down. I did install the shim that lays on top of the fan. Anyone?

EDIT: Did a search on RR and discovered that this is a common problem with the Raptor. The problem is that the bolts bottom out before the clutch is titghten down. The end results is that the bolts are sheared off; you may get 2 or 3 flight maybe more but eventually the bolts shear off. The fix is remove the bolts and and with a dremel remove a few mm of the bolt and reinstall. Im glad I found this before reinstallaing my motor.

Take a good look at the length of the bolts.
They have been known to sometimes be too long and bottom out in fan hub before they are able to tighten down the clutch.
