I was using this charger and noticed after its done charging if I leave the pack on the charger it startes to discharge the pack. Is this normal? On my other charger if I let the pack set on it it just shut off. I bought this used so I am unsure on the correct usage.

I have the charger that has the number RCC-6CX. I left mine on 20
more minutes after chargeing just to see what would happen. I sat
down with it next to me an watched it the whole time an it did not
discharge the pack. It kept on balanceing an droped a few more mah
into the pack. About 5 more mah in. It wasn't doing anything more
after that so I took the pack off.
