Hi,

Looks like I'm back flying Raptors again

It's not the machine I have a problem with, it's the canopy. After 6 years of flying heli's, I'd still rather look at the shape of infected pond scum than the Raptor canopy

Can anybody point me in the direction of another canopy that will fit the Raptor 30/50, or maybe an alternative glass canopy that is made for the Rappy.

I can't really understand why there are not loads of after market people out there making such things. You would have thought there would be a market for a sharp looking Raptor canopy?

I've seen someone try and use an Align 600N canopy on their Raptor...

Ugghh!!!! The stock plastic Raptor 50 canopy looks A LOT better than that t-rex crap.

If you think the Align canopy looks good, perhaps you haven't seen it from this angle.

Yeah, thats frickin UGLY!!

(but I didnt say the gohbee canopy looked good either, Im just saying that it's an option.)

Aw man that canopy is as much a part of a Rappy as the star in the circle is a part of a Mercedes. Puttin on a great lookin canopy kinda defeats the purpose of the old battle ax! It still gonna be a Rappy underneath, I wouldnt know what to think if my Rappy looked all slick and all! Might be kinda like puttin Angelina Jolies head on my old lady??!
