| JR servo's replacing futaba servo's re fitting
Hi.
Just taken 9252's and a 9350 out of the x'spec to put in a scale 50 I have and replacing with high res JR servo's that should be equal to 9255's. I'm not big into F3C but the freya is set up for it and I wanted rid of the 9350 on collective. I was going to use 9255's but the LHS convinced me the 9255's would suffer gear backlash after around 50 flights and would need to be regeared to maintain accuracy. Dunno about that and that may be for a hardcore F3C guy. Anyway I bought the DS 8325 and ds 8305's but the hole match is different and doesn't fit the freyas servo mounting holes. Not easy just to redrill the holes due to the plastic mouldings on the inside.
Any input from JR servo fans what you have done here??
