| Got my Prism shutter trigger in today and was looking foward to playing with it but just as things were winding down at my fire station, the tones dropped for us to go standby for a medvac heli. Took my 3D heli because one of the pilots mentioned that he would like to see it. While the flight crew was inside picking up the pt, I flew a couple of packs for the pilot. He was tripping out. Then as they took off, dispatch dropped tones saying another medvac was enroute.
Long story short, we are just getting back and since its late, I thought I would ask a couple of questions that I have about the Prism.
I'm buying a 9C its in the process of being shipped. I would like to set it up and try it out but only have a 6 channel Tx and Rx. Just to try it, can't I pug it into my gyro channel and use the switch that changes from HH to rate or which one would you guys recommend?
From what I have read, there is no real feasible way to use a 6 channel and a Prism is that correct?
Also, in order to use zoom functions, which I probably wouldn't use much but would like to know how, do you set it on a toggle or how does that work? Assuming I have the 9C.
Hopefully I will get to get it going tomorrow but I figured those questions would speed up the process.
