The instructions say not to use oil or grease to install but do I need to use it when installing the feathering shaft. Also I have a ? about the hayes fuel clunk line do I need to zip tie it to the nipple and clunk or just install like the normal kind?

and the blonde said "RECTUM, Hell damn near killed em!!"

Instead of zip tying it, use a small section of cut fuel line (about 1/8" to 1/4" ) to wrap around it. Use a pair of needle nose to hold the small piece of fuel line, expand it, slide it over the hayes fuel line, and position it where you would put the zip tie.

For this small section of fuel line, I use a large ID fuel line. Don't use a cut section of the hayes - didn't work for me as it slipped off. I hate it when that happens.

I got a helicopter for my girlfriend,
It was a good trade!

I didnt use any lube on the K&B dampners, just put the square or sharp edge towards the grips.

I personally wouldnt use the Hayes fuel line, but the method Rock uses works great.
