Can someone tell me the difference between the R617fs fasst and the R607fs fasst receivers. I need another receiver for my heli but not sure wich one to get. I'm useing the 10c

608FS is 2048 resolution (as is the very pricey 14 channel)
The 7's are 1024.
Since the 10c is 2048 when used with the 8 channel receiver, you may want to consider the 8

I thought they were pretty reasonable compared to the old versions. In Australia they dropped by at least 1/3 the price. If you but 2 from Tower Hobbies at $199 each you can use a $60 discount voucher.

To add to jsenicka's point, the 8 channel receiver which operates in FASST MULT mode also has a better CCPM synchronization. It is also very small. I would not buy the 7 channel for a helicopter if I had a radio that would run the 8/14 channel RX's. The 7 channel should work fine in a foamy plane.

The 617 has good CCPM mixing, thats why Futaba changed from the 607.
