Does anyone know if the Cellpro 10S can charge two 4S packs in series as one pack? In other words, can it balance all 8 cells at the same time instead of each pack (channel) seperately? If so, how is this done?

does the cellpro charge thru the balance tap or the main lead? if it charges thru the main lead then you can charge it in serries but I reccomend not doing a full charge but to top them off indevidually so that neither gets overcharged.

It uses the balance taps primarily, but has main lead charging for 4 amps and up.

Well, I should have just tried it myself before asking such an obvious question. All you have to do is plug each pack into a port and select "one pack" charge. Two 4S packs balance charged as one 8S pack! I love this charger!

What about charging a 10s1p 4350mah? Would you have to the use the main lead and how would it balance?

The manual shows how to do the connections, you would split the cells between channels one and two. As long as you are charging 4 amps or less, the main leads are not required. So you could charge that pack at a little under 1C without the main leads.

This charger is very impressive. I am charging two 4S 2100 packs in series at 4 amps and it only takes 27 minutes!

Beefflyer 2...2 batteries?

Beefflyer 2

I just got my 10s and new power supply. Will you walk me through the charge process? I also want to charge (2) 2200 batts at the same time. When I turn on my charger........no display. Do I connect the batts on the right side via the balance connectors? Thanks in advance.

I have been using my trusty old triton I so this is new for me on the s 10.

Have you read the manual first?

Mine didn't come with a manual, just a note about saving the environment and a URL for the online manual.

Are these being flown together in series, or individually? Mine are flown in series, so I charge them in series as "one pack." If you are using them individually, charge as "two packs."

What do you mean, turn on my charger? There is no power button, it is turned on by plugging into the power supply and switching that on.

Yes. If the packs are not Cellpro (Revolectrix) brand, you will need appropriate adapters.
