I think setups, and flying styles also play a role, as I have done autos with just about every blade out there, and I get a much more noticeable hang time with my Rotortech 610's, Radix are my second choice and are a little faster on cyclic, and V's are my 3rd choice, fastest on cyclic, but not as much hang time....Again this is just my experience with autos on my 600N and 600E. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the above blades for autos, however I know that when I auto, which is pretty much every flight, I only do inverted autos with my RT610's, not because the others won't but because with my flying style I get a little more hang time with them over my other blades.....just my experience...

Thanks for all the valueable info about helicopter blades guys its been real helpful so i'll take a trip to the hobby store to see which of the blades all you guys talked about if they have any of them in stock? thanks again!

Wow, that is totally opposite from my observations on the 600N/E.

...Of the blades that I have flown/fly on these helis (SAB600, RT610`s, Radix, and V`s{non-tst} ), the 610s are the worst for autos. SABs and Radix are the best (especially for "hang-time" ) and the old style V`s are pretty darn good too.

Don`t get me wrong, I still really like the Rotortech610`s. If it weren`t for their poor auto`ing characteristeics, they would probably be my first choice in blades overall. Some days they still are. It all depends on my mood

IMO, all of the "good" blades that I`ve tried bring performance with compromise. In other words, they all have areas in which they excel, but do so at the expense of performance in other areas. For autos though, SABs and Radix are the best I`ve tried. They settle into "the sweet spot" the easiest, and they appear to retain more headspeed at the bottom of the auto to create more "hang-time".

Just goes to show you that everyone has different experiences...My RT's auto better than all my others, I run them on my 600N because I like the way they feel...Radix for me are a close second as far as performance, but between the set of Radix that I have and the set of RT's I have, there is a pretty big difference in auto characteristics. I run V's (non tst's) on my 600e because it has way more power to weight than my 600N, I run a hs of 2400 and the V's have more pop than the other 3, but they auto the worst out of my 3 pairs....So, needless to say there are a lot of different factors, and everyone has different experiences, the best thing to do is try different things yourself and see what works best for you....

Ok guys I just came from the hobbystore bad news they don't have any v-blades or Radix blades in stock.I went to look online also

No dame luck! I was actally going to lern to getting the Radix 600
blades my Trex 600N and the super stubz paddles also i herd there a good combo with the Radix but it seems that everway I go there out of stock is there something going on that I don't know guys???????????????????????? Does anyone know where i can get my hands on some Radix 600 blades and the Super Stubz 3mm paddles?

Hey I ordered my blades and paddles from HELIPROZ last sunday
so i got no later then thursday slap them on my trex600n
for those of you that guided me to the Radix blades thank you so munch. This what I slap on my heli

Radix 600mm
Super Stubz paddles
Radix 92mm tail blades
G-force Weighted tail grips

I flew it today man!!!!! does it fly like a dream duh i didn't try my autos that high yet but i tested it lower to the ground it does have some good hang time maybe next week i'll try a later higher?
But guys thanks again i'm in love with this heli more then ever now!

Glad you like it. I use the Radix 600s and they auto very well. I've done numerous autos from rediculous altitude and they are very easy to auto with with lots of headspeed retention and a good amount of hang time at the bottom.

PS - I'm doing final tests (tail servo temperature and servo amperage charts) trying to show on paper what I feel in the air... once that is done, I have a full write-up on that tail rotor

Well sid it seems to have a real fast pirroute rate with the G-force tail blade grips some that my tailboom was starting to twist So my uncler twisted it back and told me to stay away from that move from now untill I add a screw to the back of the tailboom to secure it better once he does that and desenseties the gyro just a hair then everything will be off''DA SHIZINT'' I can't wait to try it again next weekend now i know why alot of guys are giving up there big 3d machaines for this heli its just amazing!
